Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of critterforge.com and any purchase, commission, or inquiry made through it. CritterForge is a brand operated by The Crump Collective LLC, based in Spanish Fork, Utah. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Descriptions

All items are 3D-printed to order or from limited in-stock runs. Color, texture, and finish can vary slightly between units due to the nature of 3D printing — this is expected and not a defect. Product photos are representative; see "AI-Assisted Imagery" below for how any AI-generated or AI-enhanced images are labeled.

2. Custom Commissions

Custom commission requests must describe original concepts. CritterForge does not design, print, or sell reproductions of copyrighted characters, trademarked logos, or other third-party intellectual property, and reserves the right to decline or modify any commission request that would infringe on another party's rights. Ownership of the physical printed piece transfers to the customer upon full payment; CritterForge retains the right to photograph and display commissioned work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin design and printing, with the remaining 50% due before shipment or at pickup. Once printing has started, deposits are non-refundable due to material and labor already committed.

3. Orders, Payment & Pricing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. CritterForge does not store your full payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice for future orders; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

Shipping timeframes and local pickup arrangements will be communicated after an order is placed. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once an item is handed to a shipping carrier or picked up in person.

5. Returns & Refunds

In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original condition, minus original shipping costs. Custom commissions are final sale once printing has begun, except where the finished piece materially fails to match the agreed design or is defective. Contact us before returning anything.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site to submit fraudulent orders, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or request commission work for illegal purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is." CritterForge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product, to the fullest extent permitted by Utah law. Small printed parts may present a choking hazard — items are not intended for children under 3 unless otherwise stated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
